Halfway through 2023: Serve Talent's Highlights

We can’t believe we’re already over halfway through the year! As we meet this milestone, we thought we’d check in and let everyone know a few of the great things that happened at Serve Talent so far this in 2023!

As we continue though Summer, it’s a good time to reflect on all the great things that we’ve achieved so far this year. We’ve added new clients, revisited existing ones, and filled plenty of vacancies! We’ve also welcomed new members into the fold, allowing our team to grow and innovate new approaches to serving our clients.

The launch of our new website:

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Serve Recruit website. The Serve Recruit site is the cornerstone of our mission to provide companies with professionals from across a huge range of sectors. The website is an innovative job platform designed to connect employers and jobseekers with each other. Serve Recruit hopes to revolutionise the recruitment process by providing a streamlined and intuitive vacancy search experience for job seekers and a powerful recruitment tool for employers.

New team member Alex who is a Sales & Marketing Executive:

We proudly welcome Alex, our newest team member, who joined us this month as a Sales & Marketing Executive ???? Alex has extensive marketing experience, making him a great asset to our team. He has made an exciting addition to Serve Talent, and we are looking forward to seeing the great things he will bring to the company.

Luanne has been back at Serve Talent for a year:

We are thrilled to celebrate the first anniversary of Luanne being back at Serve Talent ???? Luanne was an early member of the Serve Talent team but stepped away for a while. After a 4 year hiatus, Luanne rejoined us and has been a source of knowledge, energy and enthusiasm ever since. We are lucky to have Luanne in our team.

Team day out doing clay pigeon shooting:

We all enjoyed a great team day out doing clay pigeon shooting recently. A new activity for some, but an enjoyable experience for all and a great bonding opportunity for the team. We all returned to the office with renewed energy and a shiny new skill. Plus one of us came away with a winning certificate.

Looking forward

As we reflect on what we have achieved so far in 2023, it’s all the more exciting to think about what lies ahead. Our successes in 2023 have already paved the way for further innovation and growth in the coming months. What’s next? In the coming months, we’re looking at expanding our scope even more and perhaps releasing another big piece of news soon ????
