Project Administrator

Serve Talent have exclusively teamed up with one of the industries leading pump manufacturers and they’re looking for a Project Administrator to join their thriving team.

Based in Suffolk, you’ll be fully fledged member of the Contract Team and will also assist Project Coordinators and here is what is on offer for you in the business:

Experience with a contracts department, technical documentation or with project administration would be desirable however, training can be provided. They see employees as an investment rather than a cost.

Here’s a bit more about the job itself:

• To manage the successful completion of contract documentation through the internal departments of the company, suppliers and Customers.
• Daily review of returned contractual documents, initial assessment and allocation to relevant department.
• To allocate workload for the Project Support team and maintain a controlled overview.
• To support with the drafting of accurate monthly production schedules and Customer progress reports.
• Support the Project Coordinator team by proactively highlighting any barriers which prevent critical documents.
• Keeping the documentation on all designated orders up to date and reflective of the individual status and position.
